Kinsey McCartney, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with Texas Movement Disorder Specialists (TXMDS).

​

She was born and raised in Missouri and graduated with honors from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and Public Health. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Medicine from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN.

 

Prior to joining the TXMDS team, Kinsey spent seven years on staff with a specialized neuro-otology and skull base surgery practice based in Palo Alto, CA.

 

Kinsey and the experienced providers with TXMDS prioritize building rapport and spending time with their patients so they can best understand and most optimally treat their movement disorder. She considers it a great honor to serve in the medical field and have the opportunity to walk alongside patients and their families along every step of their care.

 

Kinsey is a member of the International Movement Disorder Society and the American Academy of Neurology.

When not working, Kinsey enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, local coffee shops, cooking and hiking. She loves being a Texan and exploring all that the Waco and Austin areas have to offer!
